Math-  Corrected pg. 18 on subtracting integers, reviewed the rules.  Lesson on the rules for multiplying and dividing integers.  Lesson on using (+, -) integers and fractions when solving algebraic equations.

Hwk:  Complete worksheets 21 and 23 on mult./div. integers.  Complete text pg. 260 #'s 23-28 for Wednesday.  Study for Wednesday's Integer quiz.

 

Tuesday, May 20th

Science-  Corrected the questions on pg. 54 of the text on the topic of the Moon.  Introduction to Astronomy unit with word bank vocabulary and a discussion on the characteristics of the moon.  Lesson on rotation and revolution.  Handed back the Rock and Mineral Test, reviewed the results.

Hwk:  Complete moon worksheets 26 and 27, define the fifteen Astronomy vocabulary words in your word bank for Thursday.  Have your Rock and Mineral Test corrected and signed for Thursday!
